Fe Is Going To Have 7 to 8 Hours Of Gameplay; EA Didn’t Have Any Influence On The Game, Director Says

Electronic Arts EA Originals has been a great program for indie developers to easily get published. With the games such as Fe and A Way Out, these games are an interesting bunch. Zoink Games, the studio behind Fe, has revealed one of Fe‘s important keynote: its running game time.

In an interview with Wccftech, Andreas Beijer, the game’s director, informed the publication that their game, Fe, is not influenced by its publisher, EA, in any way and that the game will only last about 7 to 8 hours.

It has been amazing to have them onboard actually. I understand it might sound like I’m paid to say this but that’s the honest truth. They have provided so much help without meddling with the artistic vision of the game and it has been fantastic for us to be able to use their experience and knowledge of making and publishing games.

If you were set on just completing the ‘main quest’ I would think perhaps [it would last] about 7-8 hours. Then you are free to roam around and find all the secrets and that really depends on the player how much time that takes. It’s hard to say really. I’m thinking of the world of Fe as big enough to get lost in but small enough to get to know it all.[/alert]

Fe is going to launch next month 2 days after Valetines Day, February 16, on PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
