To unlock Avada Kedavra in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll need to complete a sequence of quests with Sebastian, a student from the Slytherin house. He has several quests, many of which advance the story. Unfortunately, the quest you specifically need to complete is called “In the Shadow of the Relic,” and it won’t become available until players reach the recommended level of 28.
After chasing Sebastian, you’ll have to choose between the following dialogues as part of the Shadow of the Relic quest:
- “Everyone should know about that curse”
- “Yes, please”
Note: It's easy to overlook this one, and if you make the wrong choices in dialogue, you won't be able to unlock the curse.
