With a few more days before the end of the year, our Game of the Year awards voting ended last December 25. We have gathered all public and internal votes to decide which title will be awarded for the Game of the Year title here in Sirus Gaming.
This year is for shooters, and no doubt all of them are great. Look at the historic battles in Battlefield 1 where we live again the horrors of the Great War. Alongside this Great War, we were also given this best fast-paced team-based hero shooter from Blizzard, Overwatch. I won’t forget to mention the awesome Titanfall 2 and its spectacular campaign.
Overwatch won a lot of Game of the Year awards this year, and it’s no doubt that the game is worthy of its GotY title.
Here in Sirus Gaming, the public audience and the internal staff members have casted their votes; and with a big surprise, the winner of this year’s Sirus Gaming Game of the Year Award goes to:
The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine
CD Projekt RED’s open-world RPG took the awards with a few votes ahead from Overwatch and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. It seems that Blood and Wine took some of us with a great swift of experience, story, and gameplay that no other games can deliver.
