Game company CAPCOM has made a surprise announcement today during the RE Showcase: Resident Evil 4 VR.
According to the announcement, RE4 will be getting the virtual reality treatment and it will be playable on the Oculus Quest 2 VR headset. CAPCOM partnered with Armature and Oculus Studios to make this all happen.
The announcement only had a few minutes of footage of what to expect in its VR form, but it looks quite good. The mechanics also might work well too. More details will possibly be revealed during the Oculus Gaming Showcase later on April 21.
No other details were revealed like a release date, but there should be more during the other showcase.
