Assassin’s Creed Valhalla New Title Update Finally Fixes Failed Save Game Issue

Xbox Series X/S and PC are also reporting that it is happening to their versions as well.

Game company Ubisoft will release a new title update for video game Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to fix the failed save game issue.

After several complaints from PlayStation 4 and PS5 fans and newcomers following the launch of the second expansion The Siege of Paris last August 12, 2021, an issue appeared. It made them unable to them save their progress for some reason. Specifically, they were not able to save the game when they are in their adventures in Francia.

With the newest title update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, it hopes to fix this failed save game issue and will finally not occur anymore. The download size for the PS4 version is 530 MB while the PS5 version is 420 MB only.

PS4 and PS5 owners can now download the title update starting today, August 23, 2021 9 PM PDT.

According to media outlet VGC, there have been new reports from Xbox Series X/S and PC players who have encountered the same issues and in other locations as well. Hopefully, the development team from Ubisoft will find a way to fix this right away.

It is currently known that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in its latest update has still some issues and it is related to the newest expansion, The Siege of Paris.
