Arc System Works, the studio behind the critically acclaimed Dragon Ball FighterZ and BlazBlue, has announced the upcoming project from the game director for Deadly Premonition (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) and one of the head designer of Extermination (PS2), Hidetaka Suehiro (SWERY), named The Missing.
There is nothing much about the game yet aside from the vague meaning of its title. Considering SWERY’s history in the games industry, and even the game title’s design, it highly points to a possible horror game.
“I can say with confidence that SWERY is one of the industry’s most unique game developers,” said Minoru Kidooka, President and CEO of Arc System Works. “We share his vision for creating innovative, genre-bending games and look forward to working with SWERY and his team at White Owls on The Missing.”
