Chrono Studio has recently revealed its new MMORPG Chrono Odyssey and gave new details about its gameplay.
According to Chrono Studio Producer Samuel Seo, what sets Chrono Odyssey from the rest of their MMORPGs is its unparalleled graphics made by the Unreal Engine 5 engine. The game’s combat also incorporates the Chrono element, which actually serves the core of its universe.
The game is set in the open world of Setara which promises to have different climates and seasons, stunning scenery, and more. It will feature realism that would capture the essence of a living and breathing environment.
Combat offers some unpredictability and control, giving the player a thrilling experience. They would only need to master the basics of attack, defense, dodge, and switch multiple weapons in real-time to gain the upper hand easily. Enemies will be no slouch though as their attack patterns will change from time to time and their hits are deadly.
There are six classes to choose from: Swordsman, Ranger, Sorcerer, Paladin, Berserker, and Assassin. It will also have a deep character customization feature that allows players to express their personalities in the game.
Players have the power of the Chronotector which is a big part of the game. Unlocking its full potential will give them an upper hand in battles. It is a force that drives the storyline and plays a pivotal role in combat and progression. It has the ability to manipulate time and space, which gives them power to stop time, rewind events, and explore other timelines.
No release date yet, but it will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
