Forgive Me is a side quest that players can take in Diablo 4. This quest involves discovering and delivering a letter expressing tragic regret that has to reach its intended recipient.

How to complete the Forgive Me side quest
To initiate the side quest, head to the Kor Dragan Barracks north of Sarkova Pass. Clear the enemies inside the barracks and once you eliminate Julek, Herald of Woe, it will drop a Bloodied Note which will start the Forgive Me quest.
Next, head over to Menestad and go up north a bit to find an NPC named Roza. Talk to her and she will ask to know where to find her lover, which turns out to be Julek. For Roza’s own good, your character decides not to tell her, completing the quest regardless. You will be rewarded with XP and Gold based on your current level.
