According to the Blizzard forums, some have commented that Diablo IV is causing their 3080 GPU cards to malfunction and it will literally burn. It happened on the 3080, while others in rarely circumstances, the 3080 Ti would burn. Some think that it is due to the graphics card, but other says otherwise.
Many players have discovered the issue of the current situation. It was a cutscene from the game that showed a field with flowers and a snowy landscape. Another batch of players has reported that their graphics cards were the cause of the issue as it could not keep up with the game’s performanc.
While there is a bug in the game, some have found a way to circumvent the story easier and to have more sceentime this time around.
Diablo IV launches on June 6, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
