Diablo IV PC and Console Pre-Load Have Begun Worldwide

Download early to directly play the game when it launches!

Blizzard recently announced that the Diablo IV PC and console pre-load have started worldwide as it prepares for its upcoming launch.

Diablo IV is one of the most highly-anticipated titles to launch this year and the fans are very excited to get their hands on this game in its full glory. The official launch drawing close so it would be better to preload the game early so that launch day will go smoothly (that is if they can join the servers right away). Long queues are nothing compared to downloading a game that takes a long time to do on the day it launches. Good thing the PC and console versions now allow players to download ahead of time.

Diablo IV Pre-Load Begins Today

Blizzard has now given the go signal for players to preload the game starting today. The ones who can do this are those who have already pre-purchased the game early on PC and consoles. Before they can start though, it would be best to delete the beta test files to clear up some space because those take up to 80GB. This would give way to the full version of the game.

Play Early Access Need to Act Fast

The preload of the PC version is now available on Blizzard’s Battle.net client. Players who want to play the game early via early access will need to act fast since it will start on June 1, 2023 in the US.

What We Think of Diablo IV

For players who are still not convinced of getting the game right now, check out our review of the game. Our resident reviewer gave it a high score of 9 saying, “Diablo 4 presents an epic and visually stunning adventure, enveloping players in a cinematic journey through its immersive open-world. While some areas, like repetitive dungeons and class imbalances, leave room for improvement, Blizzard has laid a solid groundwork that sparks excitement for further exploration of the vast realm of Sanctuary.”

Diablo IV launches on June 6, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
