CAPCOM has recently opened Dragon’s Dogma anniversary website, which is highly suspicious.
Dragon’s Dogma Anniversary Website Timeline
The game company is now celebrating the 10th anniversary of the franchise this May 2022. It celebrates all of the games and other media related to Dragon’s Dogma. It includes a timeline that showcases all of the media: April 2012 for Dragon’s Dogma Digital Comic Prologue, May 2012 Dragon’s Dogma Launch, April 2013 for Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen Expansion, January 2016 for Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen HD on Steam, April 2019 for Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen HD for Nintendo Switch, and lastly September 2020 for Dragon’s Dogma A Netflix Series.
The Dragon’s Dogma anniversary website also has an anniversary message for the fans: “Thank you, Arisen, for taking up arms and braving through the impossible challenges laid ahead of you. We are forever grateful for your support throughout the years and hope you will join us in this momentous celebration of Dragon’s Dogma!”
Is CAPCOM Making Something nNew?
Now, the question is: Why would CAPCOM make such an effort in making a new website for the 10th anniversary of Dragon’s Dogma? It is highly suspicious and everyone is already speculating that there is something going on. Some are thinking that CAPCOM is now secretly developing a new game and it could be the sequel to Dragon’s Dogma that everyone has been waiting for. The celebration of the anniversary, the effort of making a new website, and especially the featured timeline that showcases all media related to the franchise. It just screams of a new game that could be announced soon.
No official confirmation from CAPCOM yet, but it could be happening.
