Game company Microsoft has officially revealed that there are several EA games are getting the FPS Boost feature on the new-gen consoles.
Announced on Major Nelson’s website, there are 12 titles that have gotten the FPS Boost feature. This will give them support for 120hz, which improves gameplay and make visuals even smoother than ever.
Here is the list of EA Games:
Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst
Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare
Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2
Star Wars Battlefront
Star Wars Battlefront 2
There are now a total of 24 games with FPS Boost and that includes titles by Bethesda and other game companies. The list will be updated later on as more games will receive the feature.
In order to make sure the game is running with the FPS Boost feature or Auto HDR, tap the Xbox button on the controller while in the game and check the guide overlay indicator in the upper right corner. See if it is toggled on or off. Also make sure that the console has the latest system update.
