Elden Ring Has Now Reached New Record in Sales

Bandai Namco Entertainment has recently revealed the new Elden Ring sales and it has now reached a new record.

According to the game company’s financial report, Elden Ring has now exceeded 13.4 million unit sales worldwide. The game has gotten quite a good run in terms of success and even sold 13.4 million units during launch. It also sold 12 million units in March 2022. The game company is also interested in expanding the brand since it has been quite successful lately, but they have not shared more details about it so far.

With the continued success of Elden Ring, it would not be strange that Bandai Namco would have some interest in adding more with paid content, but FromSoftware was adamant to say in the past that it is already a complete game. They have been inserting small additions to the game like new dialogue for NPCs, new quests, new NPCs, and more, but nothing like a new area to explore or a brand-new ending to unlock with a long chain of quests to complete. Still, if we look at older titles like Dark Souls 2, it had a DLC called crown of the Sunken King which added new spells, monsters, areas to explore, and more. It was still a success, so FromSoftware might change their mind in the future.

For one, we do not mind to have more content for Elden Ring.

Elden Ring is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
