Final Xbox Games with Gold August 2023 Free Games
After so many years, Xbox Games with Gold will finally end its services as it evolves to a new version, the Xbox Game Pass Core. For its final lineup of freebie games, it is a collection of, you guessed it, random titles that only a few hardcore Xbox fans know of. These titles are playable across Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. These are the 3D plat forming game Blue Fire and the retro 90s arcade style racing gaming Intertial Drift.

Xbox Live Gold members will gain exclusive access to these games for a limited time as part of Games with Gold service. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will also get access to these games.
The End of Xbox Games with Gold
Games with Gold will finally end on September 1, 2023. Members who have upgraded to Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can still access these games. After this, Xbox Game Pass Core will get immediately a new library of over 25 high-quality games from the Game Pass catalog, but the change/addition of new games will take longer this time instead of monthly.
