Epic Games officially launches Fortnite Update v24.20 today to introduce Attack on Titan characters and their equipment.

Fortnite update v24.20 introduces the Eren Yaeger outfit, ODM Gear, and the Thunder Spears to the Island. It also adds the Jaeger’s Family Basement in the Anvil Square.

Aside from the Eren Jaeger Outfit that can be unlocked in the Battle Pass, the update introduces other Special Operations Squad to Fortnite. It introduces Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackermann Outfits in the Item Shop.

Players can pick up the Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear on the ground, Chests, and Scout Regiment Footlockers. If one got this equipped, it will give them the ability to grapple in the air and strike opponents below, just like in the anime. After attacking, the characters get a boost back into the air so they can get another chance to attack another unsuspecting victim.

Aside from the ODM Gear that can be retrieved on the Ground, Chests, and Scout Regiment Footlockers are the Thunder Spears. These are arm-launch rockets that are designed to penetrate armored structures, detonating to damage enemies.

Fortnite is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Android, and Nintendo Switch.
