Game developer WB Games Montreal just announced that upcoming video game Gotham Knights has been delayed.
The developers announced the news today on the game’s official Twitter account. They revealed that they are going to give it more time to deliver the best possible experience for everyone. They are possibly not ready yet to release this and due to the limits of the global pandemic, development might have been slowed down.
WB Games Montreal thanked the fans for their support and are looking forward to showcasing more of the game in the coming months. While it is still in development and the release date is now 2022, they could be compensating it with gameplay footage or cutscenes. At least there will be more news now from this game since they went silent after it was revealed a while back.
Gotham Knights will launch now in 2022 for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
