Legion Plugs are materials needed for crafting new Legion Arms in Lies of P. Collecting all of them will allow P to wield the different types of Legion Arms that could become helpful in certain scenarios or just open up new ways to fight.

All Legion Plug Locations
There are a total of 4 Legion Plugs in the game, enough to unlock all of the Legion Arms. All unlocked Legion arms carry over to succeeding NG+ playthroughs.
*The first two special Legion Arms are crafted from the special materials obtained from defeating Chapter 2 and 3’s bosses.
Legion Plug #1 – St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel
In the room where there’s a pool of acid and a wooden elevator, past the brazier on top of the beams, you will find a lever that reverses the turning of the elevator. Ride the elevator, then jump at the alcove somewhere in the middle of the ride to find a chest containing the Legion Plug.
Legion Plug #2 – Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance
Progress through the level that is full of maid and baby puppets. Head up to the top of the house to find the Legion Plug inside a safe.
Legion Plug #3 – Grand Exhibition Gallery
From the room that has the cable car, go to the path that leads to the staircase going up. The chest that contains the Legion Plug is behind the planetary sculpture.
Legion Plug #4 – Krat Central Station Lobby
Find the mutant brute that is bashing on a pub’s door down the main path, and defeat it to get the final Legion Plug.
How to use the Legion Plugs
Once you have a Legion Plug, head over to Eugénie at the hotel and choose the option to craft a new Legion Arm. One Legion Arm requires only one Legion Plug to be crafted.
