The official schedules for Mortal Kombat 1 Beta have been revealed.
Mortal Kombat 1 Beta Schedule
According to Mortal Kombat Co-Creator Ed Boon, the upcoming Mortal Kombat beta will run from August 18 to 21, 2023. Players who have pre-ordered the game on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S are the only ones who can access the beta.

This upcoming new beta will feature a lot of new content, which includes the newly-revealed Li Mei. It was also revealed the available content for the beta:

- Johnny Cage
- Li Mei
Kameos
- Kano
- Sonya
- Jax
- Frost
Stages
- The Teahouse
- Johnny Cage’s Mansion
It is interesting that the list does not include Scorpion and Raiden, characters who got introduced in the first reveal of the game. It is possible that the developers are still refining them before the official launch.
Since it is a beta test, it will have limited characters only based on the list revealed above. This will also take place ahead of the game’s official release date, which is currently scheduled for September 14, 2023.
Mortal Kombat 1 will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
