Phasmophobia: Ascension Launching Later This Week

It's finally coming after getting delayed for a bit!

It has been announced by developers that Phasmophobia: Ascension will be released later this week.

Kinetic Games has finally announced that Phasmophobia: Ascension, Progression 1, will be launching in less than 48 hours. It will be released on Thursday, August 17, 2023. No word yet on when the game will be launching on consoles, but it is coming.

Based on the previous teasers that the developers have been sharing weeks ago, Phasmophobia will be getting new equipment, a new leveling system, and many more. According Progression 1, the game will be getting Levelling 2.0 (which should be the new leveling system), an overhaul with the rewards system, an upgrade of various equipment, new prestiges, evidence overhauls, and one surprise improvement/addition.

Some of the expected changes coming are new Cameras and Tripods, the ID Cards and Parabolic Microphone, and more. These items are expected to gain a lot of changes and improvements in the upcoming major update for the game in Progression 1 aka Phasmophobia: Ascension.

More details are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
