A French retailer has possibly leaked the price of the two versions of the next-gen console PlayStation 5.
Aside from the price, French retailer Micromania has also started taking pre-orders for the PS5 and will start tomorrow, Sept. 17. It was reported on the French publication PlayerOne.tv.
According to the leak, the standard model is priced 499 euros while the full digital version is only 399 euros. If we follow the same pricing for the US pricing, it should be $499 and $399 respectively.
Aside from the pre-order and price leaks, it was revealed that a few PS5 titles will be available for pre-order too like Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Demon’s Souls Remake, and more.
The retailer has denied that they have leaked the information and that the one who did leak it might come from an employee from one of their stores. The PlayStation 5 Showcase is just around the corner, and it could possibly confirm these prices during the show. For now, take this with a grain of salt.
