In 3 months, Marvel Rivals will be out on the major consoles with new heroes and villains from the Marvel universe. Every week, the discord server of the game reveals updates on what to expect in the game and now, they upload on their YouTube Channel, a new hero who has become popular in the game since the 90s, Psylocke.
Debuting from Demon Days: X-Men #1, Sai is an adventurer who utilizes many psionic abilities to outsmart and outflank her enemies. She is agile and moves as quickly as a ninja slays her targets. Plus, she can cloak herself and quickly turn invisible to prevent enemies from targeting her. Her ultimate skill transforms her into a being with large butterfly wings that will help her cut down her enemies in a rush.
This version of Psylocke is from another universe written by Peach Momoko, the current artist for Ultimate X-Men. In this reality, she and her wolf, Logan, travel around feudal Japan to slay Yokai with her psionic blade. Unexpectedly, she was kidnapped from her world and put on display by the Collector. Alongside her new allies, she escaped her imprisonment and set her sights on ending this conflict and returning home.
Marvel Rivals will be out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store) on December 6.
