Insomniac Games Creative Director Marcus Smith and Lead Designer Mike Daly recently confirmed in an interview an option that can be chosen in upcoming video game Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

The two execs from Insomniac Games recently talked with Japanese game magazine Famitsu in an exclusive interview. They divulged that the upcoming game will have an option to choose 60FPS for gameplay.

In the recent gameplay reveal during the PlayStation 5 reveal event and the extended footage shown last night, it was only at 30FPS gameplay with 4K resolution. With the new option, players can choose to go for 60FPS gameplay at a lower resolution. Both execs did not reveal the exact resolution for that option though.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 during its release this coming holiday season.
