    Shin Megami Tensei 5 Release Date Gets Accidentally Leaked on Japanese Website

    A new leak has revealed that the official website of Shin Megami Tensei 5 might have just shown the official release date ahead of the upcoming E3 2021 event.

    Media outlet Persona Central revealed that the official Japanese website for the upcoming JRPG might have just “accidentally updated” with tons of new details about it. One of the most important information leaked was the possible release date, which is November 11, 2021.

    Aside from the release date, there were details about the game’s story, characters, world, demos, and even the limited editions that will revealed soon. The media outlet quickly translated them and it seems the game will be part of the Nintendo E3 2021 showcase.

    As for the other details that were translated by Persona Central, the main character is a high school student that gets lost in a deserted world called Da’ath.  He fuses with a mysterious being and become the Naobino, famously described as the forbidden being.

    There will be over 200 demons with new monsters designed by Masayuki Doi, famous for his designs on Shin Megami Tensei 4.

    There will be a Limited Edition called the Forbidden Naobino Box. It includes an item that resembles the hero Naobino.

    No official announcements yet from Atlus so take this leak with a grain of salt for now.

    Shin Megami Tensei 5 possibly launching on Nintendo Switch.
