What is The Golder Armor in Sons of The Forest?
The Golden Armor stands out from the rest of the game’s armor in a major way. Full protection is provided, and it is not easily broken, making it ideal to be used during combat. It’s a one-time investment that serves as a permanent outfit that can be used in place of the player’s entire set of armor.
How to Find the Golden Armor in Sons of The Forest
The armor is easy to find. But before finding the armor, players will need the maintenance keycard, which can be found by digging up the entrance of the bunker. Once they have gotten the card, players will need to go to the southeastern GPS coordinates found on the map.
Upon reaching the coordinates from the GPS, players can find it on a sofa on Level 2 of the underground area, in the fourth final room.
To reach this area, players will need to do the following steps:
- Head directly to the bunker located on the east side of the lake near the snowy mountains.
- Enter the bunker and there will be a hole that leads downstairs.
- At the bottom of the stairs is a door that can be opened using a maintenance keycard. Unlock it.
- Upon entering, go downstairs to find another door at the bottom where a cutscene will begin once it is open.
- Head straight past two open doors and look for a door ahead. Feel free to look around those rooms as there are items that can be looted.
- After that, continue down to level 2, which has an identical layout to level 1. Open all the doors until players can find the room where there is a couch with the Golden Armor on it.
Aside from the Golden Armor being there, players can find these items as well:
- Pistol
- Flashlight attachment
- Emails
- Number translation sheet
- 3D Printer
- Putter
- Golf balls
- Golden mask
- Katana
