Soul Calibur’s way of introducing well-known characters from various other video-games and making them as one of the playable fighting characters is one unique approach to promote the game and its featured guest. Notable characters like Kratos and Darth Vader made cameo appearances in Soul Calibur V and Soul Calibur IV respectively. Now, in the newest entry of Bandai Namco‘s Soul Calibur, The Witcher’s Geralt of Rivia might be the next guest character.
CD Projekt RED’s community lead, Marcin Momot, somewhat teased that The Witcher protagonist is going to make an appearance in one of the upcoming games this year. One thing we could think of, as well as our friends over at GamingBolt, that this game can closely point to Soul Calibur VI. Knowing both the studio and the publisher’s relationship, this can be a big possibility that Geralt of Rivia is coming to Bandai Namco’s upcoming fighting game.
We also have to take note that the game’s plot is going to take place in the 16th century.
What if Geralt was going to step out of the @witchergame for the very first time to make an appearance in one of the upcoming games later this year? pic.twitter.com/dMTn1Im6HD

Soul Calibur VI is going to launch later this year. More news to tell once we get additional information about this possible tease.
