EA has confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is coming to last-gen consoles aside from the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Coming to Last Gen
It was recently announced during EA’s earning via IGN call that Respawn Entertain is “in the early stages of development” to bring Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to PS4 and Xbox One. It does note that it will not abandon the current-gen versions.
“Additional performance improvements for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S remain a top priority at Respawn and the team will share more information as soon as the next update is ready,” stated EA.
Last Gen Console Popularity
Recent triple A titles are opting to launch on modern PC hardware and current-gen consoles, but it seems no one can still deny the popularity of the last-gen consoles. There are still gamers out there who like to play on the PS4 and Xbox One so it would be unwise not to offer games on those.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is now available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
