Taiko no Tatsujin Rhythm Festival is a popular rhythm game in Japan and has gained traction as well in the West. It first launched on the Nintendo Switch, and every quarter of the year, new JP songs have been added to keep the game flowing. Now, Bandai Namco has announced that the game will be ported to the next-generation consoles this coming November.

Upon its release, the game will support 120 FPS and will also have exclusive collaboration songs and mini-characters that players can use while playing their favorite hits. Choose from 4 difficulty levels, select what rules suit one best, and battle it out with your friends locally or online.

The music selection of the game includes 76 songs in total that are categorized in various categories such as anime, pop, and Vocaloid tracks. Not only that, play a variety of rhythm party games, compete in the ranking against other players, and earn great rewards.

Also, buy the paid subscription service known as Taiko Music Pass to gain access to over 700 songs. Those who pre-order the game will be able to play 5 songs from famous Namco titles with the Namco Game Music Pack. The songs that will be added are the following:

  • Symphonic Valkyrie – The Adventure of Valkyrie: The Legend of the Key of Time
  • Eat’Em Up – R4 Ridge Racer Type4
  • Going to Lunatea – Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil
  • My Earth, Our Earth – Mr. Driller Drill Land
  • The Arrow Was Shot – Tales of The Abyss

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival will be ported to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam) on November 7, 2024.
