Fntastic just uploaded a short gameplay video that teases us how big the game’s sandbox would be in The Day Before.
The clip reveals players can drive vehicles, travel out of the city, and encounter obstacles. You can see the player driving through a muddy road outside the city. Situations like these can mean if a horde of zombies chase players in vehicles, they will be left with no choice but to abandon their cars and come back for it.
To add, the trees, the god rays, and light reflections look amazing in the video. This gives us an even better look at what we can expect from The Day Before. But then again, trailers like these don’t entirely represent the actual product after they come out. We’re hopeful that’s not the case for The Day Before, and that the level of detail in this clip reflects what’s actually in the game after it launches.

So, what is The Day Before? As per Fntastic, “The Day Before is an open-world MMO survival set in a deadly, post-pandemic America overrun by flesh-hungry infected and survivors killing each other for food, weapons, and cars. You wake up alone in a world you no longer remember, setting out to find answers and the resources to survive.”
The Day Before comes out later this year on PC via Steam.
