The Jirutagumac Shrine is among the various shrines that can be found on the Hyrule Sky in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shrine is all about a puzzle called “A Flying Device” where Link has to learn how to ride and control gliders to reach the platforms.

Read ahead as we go through the steps in order to solve the A Flying Device puzzle of the Jirutagumac Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Tears of the Kingdom Jirutagumac Shrine is located in the Lanayru Great Spring Sky region of Hyrule Sky, with coordinates 2916, 0534, 0965. It is inside the giant floating sphere island. The nearest tower is the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower.

To solve the Jirutagumac Shrine, you will need to use the Zonai Wings to fly across the platforms and reach the statues.

For the first part, ride the glider on the left rail. If you’re having a hard time riding it and making it slide down, you can let it slide first, then use Recall to bring it back. Ride the wing over to the next platform to proceed.

For the next part, attach the glider on top of the cart, then place the glider at the highest end of the ramp before riding it. This would give the glider enough space to run and pick up speed to reach the other platform.

For the final part, simply add a fan on the tail of the glider then use the strip of platform as a runway to reach the platform where the statues are. You can then get your Light of Blessing after landing to complete the shrine.

While you are at the sphere island, look for the grate on the ground where you will see another level below. Adjust the opening of the sphere so that you can go down to the lower level and get the chest which contains a Sage’s Will.

That’s how to solve the A Flying Device puzzle in the Jirutagumac Shrine; you’re now one step closer to completing all 152 shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can also go to our other shrine guides to collect more Light of Blessing.
