Friday The 13th Single-Player Mode Is Still Under “Work-In-Progress”

Gun Media’s Friday the 13th was met with a mixed bag of beans from critics. Criticizing the game for its state of being “intermittently unplayable” according to GameSpot, but IGN was pleased to report that the game had some fun “elements”.

Friday the 13th is more of an Deadlight game where one player gets to be the killer and the others as the survivors. However, it was previously announced that there was a single-player mode coming, but shortly after one person on Twitter asking about the status of the story mode, Friday the 13th‘s game support had this to say as a response:

“Single player is a work in progress. No official release date yet. We want to be satisfied before we unleash it! Please stay tuned!”

While it’s still slated for a release window in Q3 2017, we’re hoping to get an announcement in a week or two for a set-in-stone date. And if not, then the word “delay” is on the flags right now.
