We have reached out to Sony Interactive Entertainment US and confirmed this. According to Sony, Days Gone is now launching in 2019. The delay has been confirmed according to a representative from Sony Interactive Entertainment. “We can confirm that Days Gone will now be releasing in 2019 and we will keep you updated on the launch date.” a Sony representative informed us through e-mail.

Bend Studios’ post-apocalyptic zombie game, Days Gone, is apparently coming in 2019. The reception of the game garnered millions of views on YouTube and it’s one of Sony’s most awaited games in 2018. However, the possibility of a release this year has become dim.
According to Days Gone’s official game page on PlayStation US’ website, the release date adds “2019”. Though, there hasn’t been any official announcement from Sony Interactive Entertainment, this might be a possible error or it’s pretty much the actual release year.
We have yet to get an official statement from Sony soon. But for now, it looks like Days Gone is coming in 2019.
