After Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced the Japan will be in the national state of emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, more companies have instructed their employees to work at home so that they can stay safe and prevent further spread of the virus. The gaming company is the latest one to do so in order to protect staff, staff family, and fans from the deadly disease.

The staff members are now preparing for their remote work. They will start the new schedule on April 10, which also means the office will be temporarily closed. It will be opened back on May 6.

The gaming company has apologized to anyone who wants to contact them via phone call because they will be closing down the offices. Customer support will still be available, but the response time will be a bit slow due to the situation.
