In a recent post from the game’s official social media account, game publisher Paradox Interactive and developer Hardsuit Labs announced that upcoming video game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will be delayed to next year.

According to the developer and publisher, they are moving the release window to 2021 because they want to deliver the best game possible. They continued:

Due to the quality bar and ambitions we have set for ourselves, we have made the difficult decision that we need more time. This means that our goal to release in 2020 is no longer possible. Moving launch is one of the changes we are making to ensure the best player experience possible.

Do not worry though, according to the guys behind the game. They will be sharing more information in the coming months to satisfy the fans who hunger for more Vampire: The Masquerade. They believe this is the right call and hopefully the fans would understand that.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines to will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
