Raji: An Ancient Epic Story Trailer Released

Game company Nodding Heads Games recently released the story trailer for upcoming indie video game Raji: An Ancient Epic.

The new trailer showcases an introduction of the game’s story, which is set in Ancient India. Raji, a young girl chosen by the gods, is the heroine of the story and has to fight against the demons that are trying to invade the world of the humans. She is trying to save her younger brother and face the ultimate evil.

Story

A sibling story where the plot snakes back and forth like a striking Cobra… the game’s attention focuses on the relationship between Raji and Golu. Where we witness their growth, their bond and struggles whilst they navigate the perils of this timeless universe. Essentially, this is a journey all about discovery.

Raji – An Ancient Epic is an intense action adventure set in ancient India. Raji – An Ancient Epic takes you through an intense and emotional story of Raji, who is determined to find her brother and bring peace to the human realm. The story of Raji – An Ancient Epic is a witness of how Raji evolves through the atrocities of war, and facing the loss of loved ones. She takes it upon herself to find an end to these unyielding battles through which the wars rage. This can only happen if she manages to break down the might and the stratagem devised by the great Asura Lord, Mahabalasura.

​Gameplay

• The gameplay is a blend of intriguing environmental puzzles, fluid combat and empowerment bestowed with heavenly powers from the gods.

• The combat is focused on blending the fluidity of movement and attacks of an acrobatic and magic  against the mystical and powerful enemies you encounter. 

• The player feels a demigod residing in Raji while the vulnerable human side is never too far. The focus of the gameplay is as follows.
   
  • Choose your Gods to favor you, each one of them provides you with striking abilities for various weapons, allowing you to fight against all odds.
     
  • Fight against a variety of enemies, including mini-bosses and epic boss battles. Every fight is more challenging than the previous.
     
  • Explore the levels to discover intriguing locations and exciting puzzles.
     
  • Quick switch between two weapons, allowing you to maneuver your tactics and approach to best your opponent.
