Animal Crossing: New Horizons New Video Feature Upcoming Changes

Game company Nintendo has released a new video detailing the upcoming changes for popular video game Animal Crossing: New Horizons this month.

The video features the December updates that players can expect on their island. First up is that the exclusive fish that only comes out in this month, the Pond Smelt, is now available to be caught in rivers right now. The Dung Beetle will have to wait for a while until the snow finally falls. Lobsters are now available for those who want dive in.

New toys are coming to town with Jingle the black nosed reindeer holding onto those. December includes Toy Day festivities, which is why Jingle comes back to offer new presents. Nook’s Cranny will also have a new lineup of toys to check out. Able Sisters will avail winter clothes.

Some trees in the game will have Christmas lights for decoration. They will have special crafting baubles and once they are shaken, the baubles fall out. They can then be used to craft different kinds of festive DIY recipes like Christmas Trees and decorative lights.

No other known plans yet for the game, but there was a tease of a new update coming next year January.
