BioWare In Touch with Modders In Regards to Mass Effect Legendary Edition Mods

It seems game developer BioWare is currently in talks with the modding community in regards to the possible mods for the upcoming video game collection remaster Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

Project Director Mac Walters shared on Twitter that the development team has been in communication with a few modders out there so that they can have a smooth mod support. When launch day comes, it would be easier for those who want to use mods and there would not be any bugs.

Walters stated that they are trying to update everyone on the changes that will impact on the exiting mods that are available on Nexus Mods website. According to the website, there are currently over 600 files for modding the original trilogy. It would be a waste not to use them on the Legendary Edition. In total, these mods have been downloaded for over seven million times already.

It is good that BioWare is looking out for the modding community and is open for customizations outside theirs.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition launches on May 14 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is forward compatible with the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
