Game studio Arc System Works has recently released the newest video of upcoming video game Guilty Gear Strive.
The newest video is the opening movie of the game, showcasing tons of cutscenes from the story mode. It shows Sol Badguy’s adventure throughout the narrative with other characters having their own agendas. Also, it seems there is a new villain to the story and the one who made the “Gears” also has his own evil agenda in the making. It is a crossover of many narratives into one ending.
Aside from that, Arc System Works revealed that the first five post-launch characters will be released later after the launch of the game this month. The first DLC character will be in July 2021, the second will be in August 2021, which is a returning character from a previous title, and the remaining three will be included in the first season pass that will appear in Fall 2021. No names yet for these DLC characters.
Guilty Gear Strive launches on June 11 for PlayStation 4, PS5, and PC.
