Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis PC Bug Stops Players from Starting Up Game

A new bug on the PC version of Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis was found recently and it halts its launch for some reason.

This bug is only found on the Windows 10 version of the game, which is bought from the Microsoft Store. It does prevent them from launching the game from the Microsoft Store, but it does let the access the game via the Start Menu, at least. The official Twitter account of the game shared this information of bypassing the bug just recently online.

The Steam version of the game has not been affected of the bug, despite also being a PC version of the game and also running on Windows 10. Some have reported that this problem arises when it has been installed on a secondary drive and not the primary one with the Windows installation folder.

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is now available on Xbox One and PC globally.
