Remedy Entertainment has recently released the Alan Wake 2 trailer that featured “The Dark Place”.
At Gamescom Opening Night Live, the studio revealed a new trailer that showcased the famous “The Dark Place”. In the original game, this was the shadowy realm that Alan journeyed through at Bright Falls which actually spawned from his mind. Now, it has spawned in New York which has made it more dangerous than before.
In the trailer, “The Dark Place” was a mix of in-game graphics and reality scenes where the actor of Alan Wake is shown trying to get away from the evil entities that are trying to bring him back. He is also confused of certain scenes that he seems to have not remembered anything at all and got surprised by strangers accusing him of doing awful to them. It is truly a psychological game where a normal person would go crazy.
Alan Wake 2 launches on October 27, 2023 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
