Making rounds at Reddit today is a new complaint from players of popular first person shooter video game Call of Duty Modern Warfare.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare Battle Pass bug
The players complained on Reddit about a certain bug that they experienced in the game. It prevented them from getting experience for their battle pass progress. They are currently calling it the zero XP bug.
User pottimc stated that he played three rounds, but he could not earn any experience for his character or battle pass. From his post it looked like he might not be coming back to play if the bug still persists.
Some users claim that it happens every double xp weekend. It would seem that all the players who play the game would void the experience. Some even complained that their battle passes got deactivated. Game developer Infinity Ward has not made any comment to this yet, so this could take more time to fix.
The game is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
