Game company Bandai Namco Entertainment has officially announced the release date of upcoming and most anticipated JPRG sequel Tales of Arise.
The upcoming JRPG will be released on September 10 and aside from the already announced platforms, PC, PlayStation 4 and PS5, it will be released on the new-gen consoles too, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Pre-orders for the game are now available.
The first two protagonists have already been revealed way back last year, but now there are two more characters revealed. One is a female mage that casts elemental artes while the other is martial artist that practices the familiar techniques that most martial arts characters use in the Tales of series. There is also a scene where the two protagonists use their artes with the hero using a sword while the heroine uses a rifle firing a magic bullet.
The last part of the new trailer features a particularly large opponent that the two protagonists face. He wields a big axe and seems to be someone who should not be taken lightly.
Tales of Arise will launch on September 10 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It was also rumored that it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass.
