Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Remake

Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag has been one of the most popular Assassin’s Creed titles due to its one mechanic: naval battles. The main focus of this title is blowing up and sinking ships in challenging ways which makes it very enticing for the fans of the franchise as it was a breath of fresh air. While there were other titles with naval battles, Black Flag had the best gameplay mechanics of them all. It was so popular that it inspired Ubisoft to start the project Skull and Bones, which is still in development right now.

It could be due to the naval battle gameplay they want to remake it for modern consoles and since it sold well, the developers are hoping it could get them a lot of sales too.
