Game developer SNK has released new Samurai Shodown video that features the special attacks of DLC character Baiken.
The newest Samurai Shodown video released by SNK showcases the many special attacks of Baiken from Guilty Gear fame. The previous trailer was to reveal the character coming to Samurai Shodown, but this one is focused on special attacks.
In the clip, Baiken faces several characters from the video game like Rimururu, Ruixiang, Kazuki, and many more. Each character she faces, she uses a different move to showcase how it hits and displays in the game. It is quite similar to what can be seen in Guilty Gear games with a bit of a tweak to fit the Samurai Shodown algorithm.
With Baiken appearing soon, the third season pass of DLC characters will be complete. She joins with three more characters which are Cham Cham, The Last Blade’s Hibiki Takane, and Shiro Tokisada Amakusa.
No news yet if there will be a Season Pass 4 for DLC characters.
Samurai Shodown is now available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Baiken arrives tomorrow, August 19, 2021.
