Colossal Order will be the one developing Cities Skylines 2. It promises a “revolutionary” spin on the studio’s acclaimed 2015 original. The game offers the tools to build any kind of city players can imagine and follow its growth from a humble village to a bustling metropolis.

The game promises to be the most open-ended city-building sandbox on the planet. It will enable players to create and maintain cities that come to life like never before.

Colossal Order also promised that Cities Skylines 2 will have advanced modding capabilities, which will extend the game’s longevity.
