The Giant Trevally Fin is a special drop that can be obtained in Dave the Diver. This fin is sturdy enough to be used as a crafting material to upgrade some weapons into their more powerful versions. Read ahead as we share how to get the Giant Trevally Fins in Dave the Diver.

How to get the Giant Trevally Fin

The Giant Trevally Fin can be obtained as a special drop from a Giant Trevally. These fish can be found swimming within the 50m-130m depth range in small schools of around 5. There is usually a school at the passage that leads to the Blue Hole Depths on the east side of the map.

The Giant Trevallies can take a beating from the harpoon, and it needs to be carved twice. It can also be tranquilized and hauled away by a drone. On average, you can get a Giant Trevally Fin in every 8 to 10 fish that you hunt.

    Giant Trevally Fin Uses

The Giant Trevally Fin is mainly used as a crafting material to upgrade the basic guns into their second non-elemental upgrade, such as:

    • Underwater Rifle III – requires x3 fins
    • Quattro Axel II – requires x3 fins
