Iron Banner returns to Destiny 2 for the first time in Lightfall. This time around, Lord Saladin will be bringing back the classic mode, Iron Banner Control.

We’ll also receive more steps in the Seasonal quest. Hopefully, see more interactions between Amanda Holiday and daddy Mithrax. This is also the week when all the War Table upgrades will be unlocked. If you’ve been holding out until now, now’s the time to get the best seasonal activity upgrades.

Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Time

As always, the Destiny 2 weekly reset times are 10 AM PDT for the folks on the West Coast of the US. 6 AM BST for our readers in Britain. And 2 AM JST the following day for everyone in Japan.

Destiny 2 Weekly Activities March 21- March 27 2023 Overview

Don’t forget this week is your chance to do the Iron Banner challenge by completing matches. We didn’t get a chance to do so last week on account of the schedules being switched for Trials of Osiris.

All Vanguard activities will see a noticeable increase in rank gains. If you’re still chasing the Vanguard ornament for the Ecliptic Distaff, this is your chance to speed things up.

Where is Xur? March 24 2023

It’s that time of the week again when everyone in the Destiny 2 community asks the question – Where is Xur?

This weekend Xur can be found hanging around his favorite branch overlooking the Watcher’s Grave on Nessus. Once you’re planet-side, head North along the cliff face, and once you start seeing the roots, go up to reach Xur.

Destiny 2 Weekly Challenges March 21 2023

All That Matters: Complete Week 4 of the “We Stand Unbroken” quest.

Cunning Liberator: Defeat combatants in the Defiant Battlegrounds playlist using Energy weapons. Earn bonus progress if they also deal Void or Arc damage.

Focused Defiance: Decode or focus Defiant Engrams at the War Table during Season of Defiance.

Strandweaver: Complete “The Final Strand” quest. Also, rapidly defeat combatants throughout Neomuna. Bonus for Sidearm final blows.

Mod Collector: Unlock artifact mods.

Momentum Crash: Defeat Guardians in Momentum Control. Earn bonus progress with Zone Advantage.

Razor’s Edge: Defeat targets with Swords, Bows, and Glaives in Gambit. Bonus progress for defeating Guardians.

Darkest Nightfall: Complete any Nightfall strike on Hero difficulty or higher.

Precision Calibration: Calibrate marksman weapons – Scout Rifles, Sniper Rifles, and Linear Fusion Rifles – by landing precision final blows. Bonus progress against Guardians.

Destiny 2 Nightfall This Week March 21 – March 27 2023

The featured Nightfall for this week is the Arms Dealer over at the EDZ. It’s an old Strike that’s well overdue a refresh. With content is generally on the harder side now, it would be wise not to think that it’ll be a cakewalk.

Update:

This week’s Nightfall weapon is apparently going to be the Militia’s Birthright grenade launcher. This lightweight GL has some uses in more difficult content as it comes with disorienting grenades.

Destiny 2 Crucible Featured Game Mode March 21 2023

This week Lord Shaxx has authorized the return of Momentum Control. It is just like regular old Control but everything has been cranked up to 11. Even the mode’s lethality hasn’t been spared.

Destiny 2 Featured Raid and Dungeon March 21 – March 27 2023

This week’s featured raid sees us going back to another classic that harkens back to the early days of Destiny, Vault of Glass. From Venus to the Dreaming City, this week also sees The Shattered Throne as the featured Dungeon. Can you strike back at the curse that’s been plaguing the Dreaming City for so long?

Vault of Glass Raid Challenges

• Wait for it… – Done during the Confluxes encounter, it requires that every yellow-bar Wyvern must be killed as they are sacrificing themselves to the confluxes
• The Only Oracle for You – Done during the Oracles encounter, Players cannot destroy the same oracle more than once.
• Out of its Way – Done during the Templar encounter, it requires the players to not let the Templar teleport.
• Strangers in Time – Done during the Gatekeepers encounter, players must defeat the Praetorian and Wyvern at the same time.
• Ensemble’s Refrain – Done during the Atheon encounter, each player teleported can only destroy one oracle in each spawn set.

Do note that though they may be the featured Exotics, there is a chance you can still obtain other Exotics that are not in your collection. The featured set just means you have a higher chance of getting them, but it is never guaranteed.
