Diablo IV Patch Backlash To Be Addressed on Livestream Soon

World Tier 3 and 4 gets level requirements get removed.

Blizzard will be discussing the controversial changes of the new Diablo IV patch during an upcoming live stream.

Diablo IV Livestream to be Hosted Soon

A new update was recently released before the launch of Diablo IV Season of the Malignant that introduced a lot of balances, bug fixes, and improvements. Unfortunately, fans of the game were disappointed over a number of issues including nerfs to a few classes including the Sorcerer.

To address these complaints, a Campfire Chat will be hosted by Game Director Joe Shely, Associate Game Director Joseph Piepiora, and Associate Director of Community Adam Fletcher. It will be happening on July 21, 2023 at 11 AM PT/ 2 PM ET/ 7 PM BST.

“The team will discuss the feedback we’ve received from the community on Patch 1.1.0, and detail what’s on the horizon for Diablo IV,” Blizzard said.

No More Level Requirements for World 3 and 4

Aside from the upcoming Campfire Chat, Blizzard has also made it easier for players to enter World Tier 3 and 4. To make amends to players, Blizzard can enter these world tiers without any level requirement. No word yet if there are any changes or rollbacks to be made with these new changes.

Diablo IV is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
