Blizzard has recently announced the first Diablo IV XP and Gold boost weekend, which also happens to be in line with the upcoming launch of Starfield.
This is Diablo IV’s very first XP and Gold boost promo which could possibly introduce more of these in the near future. This will start from September 1 at 10 AM until September 5, 2023 at 10 AM PDT. All players will be able to earn XP and gold at a 25 percent increased rate, according to the official website. This bonus will apply to both Seasonal and Eternal Realms, and all World Tiers.
Players who want to check if they have the bonus can check it on the new in-game icon that is beside the potion count which signifies the increased rate of earning Gold and XP.
What is interesting is Blizzard is launching this boost promo when the upcoming new game by Bethesda, Starfield is launching next week. It seems the company wants to entice players to play Diablo IV instead of getting curious about Starfield. Still, since Starfield is hyped a lot recently, it is most likely players will be playing the game instead next week.
Diablo IV is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
