Dragon Quest Builders 2 New Information Revealed

Game company Square Enix recently revealed the official Japanese website for Dragon Quest Builders 2. Intriguing and important details were showcased with the new revelation.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 full name and more

The full name of the game will be Dragon Quest Builders 2: The God of Destruction Malroth and the Vacant Island. It will be a block-make RPG and will be available for the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch. A maximum of four players can play in the multiplayer and must have their own copies of the game, but they can also go on single player mode.

The general director is Yuji Horii, while the character designer is Akira Toriyama. The composer is Koichi Sugiyama, and the planning and production will be from the Square Enix team.

The Builder

The Builder is the main protagonist of the game with the miraculous power to craft. This new hero is actually related to the previous hero of the prequel, Dragon Quest Builders. Players will learn to build and rely on the Builder’s Book to become the best builder.

The world of the game

Players can enjoy the game by going on a grand adventure, while at the same time craft a lot of things in a sandbox-type world. They can break anything in the world, which is made of blocks, and get materials from it. They can use those materials in creating other objects that like weapons, tools, buildings, facilities and more.

Vacant Island: The start

Players will wash ashore on an unpopulated island called the Vacant Island. This will become their headquarters and use the meager materials they have to create and build more.

Malroth: God of Destruction

This game will have a villain called God of Destruction Malroth. He actually appeared in another title from the popular franchise, which is Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line. He looks like an evil dragon with many arms and wears a necklace with a skull pendant.
