Project Nimbus, the Early Access title published by Kiss Ltd and developed by Thai based independent studio ‘GameCrafterTeam’, continues to enjoy the benefits of Steam’s Early Access program and the input of the gaming community.

When originally launched back in November 2014 after a successful Kickstarter campaign, the Early Access community were the first to realize that Project Nimbus was evolving in to something special. Since then, the developer has issued multiple updates, many of which have been a direct result of community feedback. The most recent update was the release of Mission 15 (Tenshi no Saigo), which marked the completion of Act 2. With only Act 3 left to complete, this latest update marked yet another milestone in the games march towards a full release.

“On behalf of the developer, GameCrafterTeam, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Early Access community for their help, support and dedication. Without them, the game would not be where is is today and would not be enjoying some truly excellent reviews on Steam”, commented Darryl Still, Managing Director at Kiss Ltd. “As always, the developer invites the Early Access community to continue posting their feedback and comments on the the games community page or via the developers Facebook page.

Along with completion of Act 2, the release of Mission 15 also saw a number of additional enhancements:

    • New main menu system
    • Gameplay balances
    • Bug fixes

This new video celebrates the completion of Act 2, with the recent release of Mission 15. Attention now turns the Act 3, the third and final part of Project Nimbus.

Project Nimbus is a high speed, fast paced flying mech combat game where the player controls a giant robot – a Battle Frame – flying at hypersonic speed armed with a laser sword… and machine guns… and a pair of rail guns… and a LOT of missiles!

Set in the near future, mankind has evacuated to the skies after a great war destroyed the planet’s surface, making it unable to support human life. With resources scarce, humanity is again on the brink of another full scale war. Fight against army of enemy Battle Frames, duel with ace pilots in their own personal customized Battle Frames, engage mother-ships and battle against giant world-ending weapons.

    Features:

    • Very fast-paced combat – pounce on your enemy at between five to ten times the speed of sound. Take on incoming missiles with your machine guns and cut down enemy Battle Frames with your laser sword in a matter of seconds.
    • Total flying freedom
    • Wide array of weapons, from giant laser sword to conventional projectile weapons (GUNS!), beam weapons and multiple types of missiles and drones.
    • Endless survival mode with multiple types of Battle Frames to choose from, plus transformable mecha that will transform in to a fighter jet!
